MAIA Social is an internal social media workflow tool operated by exzy.no. This policy explains what information may be processed when the tool is used with TikTok or other social platforms.
MAIA Social may process account identifiers, public profile information, authorization tokens, draft content, captions, media files, and publishing status returned by connected platform APIs.
Information is used only to operate the workflow: identify connected accounts, prepare content, upload drafts, check status, and support manual review by the account owner.
MAIA Social does not sell personal information. Information may be sent to platform APIs, hosting providers, or automation services only as needed to operate the approved workflow.
Access credentials and API keys are stored in protected credential storage where possible. Draft media and related working files may be stored in private project storage controlled by the operator.
Working files and authorization data are retained only as long as needed for the internal workflow or until access is revoked.
