MAIA Social is an internal social media workflow tool operated by exzy.no. It is used to plan, prepare, and upload draft social media content for accounts owned or controlled by exzy.no.
The service is not a public consumer application. Access is limited to authorized users and connected accounts controlled by the operator. Users must only connect social accounts they own, manage, or are authorized to operate.
When a TikTok account is connected, MAIA Social may request permissions needed to identify the account and upload prepared videos as drafts or pending posts, depending on the permissions approved by TikTok and the account owner. Direct publishing is not used unless explicitly enabled and authorized.
The account owner is responsible for reviewing all prepared content before publication and for ensuring that content complies with applicable laws, platform rules, and brand requirements.
The service is provided as an internal operational tool without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Platform APIs and review requirements may change.
